A product is eligible for a full refund* if it is returned within 7 days following the reception of the order. Item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same new condition, it was received. Return postage/shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Customers must request an authorization number which can be obtained from a TP Customer Service Representative by emailing [email protected].
Please be advised that returned oversized merchandise may be subject to handling and restocking fees of 20% of its value.
A product that appears to be damaged or defective upon arrival must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days following the reception of the item.
A replacement will be shipped to you at no cost. In the event we cannot replace the item due to reduced inventory, a complete refund will be issued.
