UPDATE – COVID-19 RETURN POLICY

Due to the COVID-19 situation, Tonic Performance is taking action to better serve you and our employees. We have temporarily updated our Return Policy effective immediately;

All items will now be considered final sale if purchased on or after March 20, unless the product is defective, until further notice.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding during this time.


We will be happy, upon presentation of your electronic invoice, to refund the new, unused and returned merchandise in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving the goods.Any refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Delivery and oversized item fees that may have been charged to you when you purchased online will not be refunded. Tonic Performance is not responsible for shipping, handling, packaging and other costs for the goods returned to our distribution centre.

The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged: Order of a Precor product or another brand than Tonic Performance that has been ordered.

Exchanges

Tonic Performance will accept to exchange new, unused and returned merchandise in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt of the new product.

Return Instructions

For more details on both options, please read the following.To avoid shipping costs, you can return the goods to our distribution centre located at 16647 Hymus Boulevard, Kirkland, Quebec, Canada, H9H 4R9.

Please follow the following instructions:

1.Put the unused/undamaged item back into the original package with all instructions, parts and accessories to ensure credit to your account.
2.Bring your e-bill with you to the store as proof of the purchase and the amount paid.

3.To secure credit, items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

4.Si your purchase was made in full or in part with a promotional card, the in-store refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.
