Barbells: 6 months to limited lifetime warranty* depending on models
Kbs, DBs & Weights: 6 Months
Benches and racks: 3 months upholstery, 10 years frame & welds & 5 hardware.
Weighted Accessories (medballs, wall balls, plyo box, etc…): 1 year
Soft goods (elastics, resistance tools, yoga mats): 3 months
Cable and pulley machines: Covered for premature wear & tear. Structure is covered for 1 year.
Equipment from brands distributed by Tonic Performance will be covered by the original company’s manufacturer’s warranty (ie. TRX, Concept 2, Precor, Hoist, etc..)
NOTE: Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, poor maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Any specific issues regarding a product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
*Lifetime warranty coverage is invalid when a product is unusable for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty is non-transferable and belongs to the original purchaser.
