The unit features two heavy gauge steel arms connected by four adjustable rings. Positioned at a 45-degree angle, the attachment functions like a heavy-duty pull-up ladder, creating a workout that helps users develop strength, momentum, hand-eye coordination, agility, and stamina.
The textured powder coated paint provides optimal traction and grip to the user when he’s performing a specific exercise such as pull ups, bar muscle up or toes to bar. This product includes all mounting hardware.
