Sold as a bundle of 5 bands ranging in resistance from X-light to X-heavy, the Muscle Up resistance bundle is a great addition to any fitness routine. Used for a multitude of exercises to promote mobility, muscle activation, strength building and rehabilitation, this bundle allows you to evolve and work your way from one level of resistance to the next.

Each band is made of durable fabric to avoid rolling and ripping. Bands are comfortable enough to be used over clothing or in direct contact with skin.
