We want to deliver your order to you as soon as possible; please ensure to provide us with accurate shipping information to avoid delays or additional charges. We are happy to provide you with a window of 1 hour upon confirming your order to make any corrections to the shipping information in the event of an error.
Please note that delays may occur in the delivery of orders due to high traffic periods.
CURBSIDE DELIVERY: Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include setup or assembly of your equipment or removal of packaging materials. Please note that some products may require assembly which is available with the upgrade to WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY: Our team of professionals will deliver and install your equipment in the room of your choice, and take care of the disposal of all packaging before leaving. To upgrade your delivery option, please contact us at [email protected]. Additional fees will apply.
In the event of a return, outgoing shipping fees incurred by Tonic Performance during a FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONAL PERIOD will be deducted from your refund of the original invoice amount.
